Since our products are not applicable to all customers, we do not hesitate to introduce our competitors' products in such cases. We believe that working for our clients beyond the framework of the company itself is a rewarding experience. Therefore, although the level of difficulty is extremely high, it is a rare environment in which you will certainly feel a sense of self-growth. We are able to listen to, understand, and propose solutions to our clients directly because we are under direct contract with them. Our salespeople are mainly in charge of managing customers (accounts), so in addition to consulting and sales, they can assist development PMs, negotiate in the development process, manage issues in maintenance and operation, and gain experience across the entire lifecycle of the systems we implement. Although this is different from a typical sales position, we define account management as such. Development Achievements The SCUBISM Group boasts a track record of more than 1,000 company implementations in the past, and has an abundance of complex, large-scale projects that go beyond mere EC development. ■Examples of Achievements Development and release of reservation and payment systems for membership facilities and services for tenant companies of a major real estate company. Must Requirements
Required Skills
Sales experience in the IT industry (5 years or more is a good rule of thumb)
Self-study and willingness to read books and attend seminars and training sessions
Experience in presenting proposals more than dozens of times

Welcome skills
Experience in sales negotiation for system development projects
Knowledge of the distribution and retail industry
Experience in system development as an engineer (preferred)
