Research, identify, and build relationships with policy authorities or stakeholders such as central and local government ministries, professional and industry associations, and related consulting firms.
Gather policy information, formulate strategies, and make policy recommendations through exchanges of opinions with government agencies, legislators, professional associations, and others regarding laws, regulations, and policies related to our business and the environment in which they operate.
Research and study of domestic and international laws, regulations, systems, actual conditions, policy trends, etc. related to our business
Public affairs and media relations
Formulate and implement measures to strengthen the presence of the Company and industry associations in the policy process

Must Requirements

Experience in any of the following

Experience in policy making at a central government ministry or local government
Experience in a legislative or policy-making capacity in the office of a legislator or a political party
Experience in government relations in a public policy-related department of a business corporation
Strategic consulting, policy consulting, or think tank experience
Experience managing an industry association/foreign organization
Experience in public affairs support at a PR firm

Experience in lobbying
Experience in digital or AI policy and have contacts in the various sectors.
Experience in research work or overseas case studies at a university or research institute
Knowledge of law and public administration such as lawyer, law school, law school or public policy school graduate.

Salary Details
<Monthly salary range: 504,159 (131,200) yen to 850,084 yen (221,200) yen
The base salary is the monthly amount excluding the fixed overtime allowance in parentheses ( ). The fixed overtime allowance is the amount equivalent to 45 hours of overtime work per month based on the calculation of the base salary. Overtime work in excess of 45 hours per month will be paid separately.
